Snaptrap

Snaptrap was nominated at GDC 2026, the biggest game developer festival in the world.

Three players act as flies, collecting nectar from a gaping Venus flytrap. The players reach into the flytrap, and compete against each other to collect as much pieces as they can. However, if anyone touches the triggers inside the flytrap, it slams down on everyone.

I was the main engineer on the project and worked on the electronics and mechanical parts of it.
